For 5 performances only (Tuesday, September 14 – Friday, September 17 and Sunday, September 19), audience members at the hit musical American Idiot will get the chance to attend Idiot University, 

a post-show Q & A hosted by Green Day’s lead singer/guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong, the show’s director/ co-book writer Michael Mayer, cast members and additional creative team members.   The Q & A’s will be moderated by Time Out New York’s David Cote.  An allotment of $27.00 Student Tickets (with valid student ID) to those performances will be available shortly at Telecharge.com.

91x Ticket Giveaway

Independent California radio station 91x is holding a competition entitled 'Wanna-Be Green Day Rock Band'. You are invited to join the 91x crew at the Tilted Kilt on September 1st to gear up for the Green Day show the next night by playing Green Day's new video game Rock Band: Green Day.

Winners of the competition receive free tickets to Green Day's the show on September 2nd at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheater in Chula Vista, CA. Along with tickets the winners will also receive passes to a special 91x sound check party before the show.

Fantourage giving away Lollapalooza tickets

Social networking site Fantourage is giving away 2 tickets and hotel accommodations to see Lollapalooza in Chicago, IL. Green Day will be performing at Lollapalooza on August 7, 2010.

To enter, you have to create a "creative" video saying why you should win the tickets, then post it on the Lollapalooza fan page on Fantourage.

Adeline giving away 3 pairs of concert tickets

Adeline Apparel and Adeline Records are giving away 3 pairs of tickets to Green Day's North American shows. The contest is open to anyone worldwide, but only for the shows between August 3 - September 4.
