Green Day wins in SPIN's 25 Reader's Poll

25th anniversary of the Spin Magazine held a poll conducted by readers finally finished, and Green Day and Billie Joe won all the categories that they can get, except one, Best Band, Tokio Hotel won it. Doesn't make sense that Green Day won other categories including Best Album, Best Live Band, Best Song, and Best Live Act but not Best Band.

Here are the results:
Best Album: Green Day, American Idiot - 38.5%
Best Song: "Good Riddance," Green Day - 43.8%
Best Live Act: Green Day - 38.9%
Hottest Sex God: Billie Joe Armstrong - 38.6%

Green day now win in categories :

1) Best Album (American Idiot) 34,7%
2) Best Song (Good Riddance) 39,5%
3) Best Live Act 34%
4) Hottest Sex God (Billie Joe Armstrong) 34%

And in categories Best Band, Green day (31,1%) now lose against Tokio Hotel (32,1%)

Spins 125 Best Albums in the Past 25 Years

Spin.com has posted a list of the 125 Best Albums in the past 25 years since Spin has opened its doors in 1985. Green Day came in on the list twice, once for American Idiot at number 119 for American Idiot and then again at number 42 for Dookie.
