Foxboro Hots Tubs




The Foxboro Hot Tubs is an American rock n 'roll band. The band started in speculation as a side project of Green Day, who later confirmed by Green Day themselves. 

All band members FBHT is a member of Green Day (except Kevin Preston). Their debut album, Stop Drop and Roll! released on April 22, 2008. 

The majority of people believed that this was indeed Green Day working under a new pseudonym, but not everyone was so sure. The sound was very different from previous Green Day, but the singing was unmistakably Billie Joe's.

On 22 April 2008, the Foxboro Hot Tubs made their album available for download from their site: foxborohottubsdownloads.com. They also announced that the CD will be available to order May 20. Then on May 12, the band announced to hold a mini-tour throughout the Southwest United States. then when the remaining 3 tour again they change the dates of the tour May 15 - starts in Oakland, CA - and ends May 28 - at Long Beach, CA. It also makes clear that the tickets will be sold only in place and that none of them will be available for purchase online.

On February 26, The Green Day Autority posted news that there was to be a 7" vinyl released for the first single off of 'Stop Drop & Roll.' This single would contain only the two songs 'Mother Mary' and 'She's A Saint Not A Celebrity,' and was to be released on March 25th. 

On June 6, 2009 The Foxboro Hot Tubs filmed their TV debut on Last Call with Carson Daly. The show aired June 12, 2009. They performed "Stop Drop and Roll" and "Mother Mary" and brought many of their stage antics to the audience -- sharing the love with Pabst Blue Ribbon beer, the outfits, the glasses, pulling people on stage, attempts at crowdsurfing
