According to Green Day in an Access Hollywood interview, an 'American Idiot' Cast album will hopefully be released in late April. Billie says that the band plays their respected instruments on the tracks while the cast sings (just like the '21 Guns' version).You can watch the interview right here from Access Hollywood.
